Return Policy

At Cowboys Never Die, we stand behind what we make. If something doesn’t fit right or isn’t what you expected, you’ve got 15 days from delivery to send it back for a refund to your original form of payment.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund if you use our provided return label

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

• Final sale items are not eligible for return

We offer free ground shipping on U.S. orders over $100, because we believe good gear shouldn’t come with surprises.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at shipping@cowboysneverdie.com and we'll make it right.

International Orders

At this time, international orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
