Shipping policy

USA Shipping
All products are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow 2-3 business days for order fulfillment. Orders placed between Friday and Monday may not be picked up by the shipping carrier until the end of day on Tuesday.

Please ensure you provide a valid email address at checkout, as orders missing this information may not receive shipping confirmation or tracking details.

We may not be able to change your shipping address after checkout, so double-check your address before completing your purchase. If a change is needed after the shipping label is created, the receiver is responsible for contacting the carrier (UPS, USPS, etc.) for options.

We offer various UPS & USPS shipping services for domestic deliveries. Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, so a physical address is required. Orders with military shipping addresses may be sent via USPS.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, international orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on destination and carrier.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, local postal services, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
